Thanks to all who voted and left helpful comments. I see that the painfully thin with a to be expected sickly look grabbed a lot of peoples attention. I was actually surprised it was voted so high as I thought this might have the opposite effect. I guess in this case bad is good.

I look at this as what must be the transitional phase of what happens to you when you get killed as a vampire (which she plays on the show Moonlight) and you figure out the secret to coming back from the dead as a human (which she suposedly does).

I wonder how many hours it would take to accomplish a transition like this. (the artwork that is)
