I like what you have done with this . It would be silly to say it looks 'natural' but it certainly all works together and looks 'right'.

at first glance I didn't really like it but I stared at it for awhile... where the cheeks start to meet the eye looks really well-done and the shading is great, but it looks a little like it's a painting
