Good quick one, but you could have darkened Elmo's face a bit for five o'clock shadow, or given him bloodshot eyes, for an extra touch.

There are some issures with the edges, there are some "jaggies" going on. It looks like it was over use of the magic wand tool.
I like the chain, he's a guido gangsta.
