Nice idea... but you really need to work on blending the colour of the heads in with the hands & arms...

An amusing idea, but the blending of the faces into the scene needs a lot more work:
Try altering the colouring of Frodo to match better with the blue tones of the Zombie Villagers, and you needed a higher res image of Smeagol for the size you have used in the composition, suffers from bad pixellation and stands out too much as 'added' to the picture.
Shame really, coz as I said it's a nice idea, and your 'ring around the 4' logo works pretty well!
