Hands down winner. Good job. Only criticism I have is that the dripping blood could be a bit thicker. A patch of blood spreading around the entry wound could be nice too.

Excellent picture! Have you thought of cutting out the mouth in the usual way, without using an image of a human mouth? That would make it even better in my opinion.
