I too was looking for an optical illusion using the light and shade of all or some of the the beans..not a tiny half- hidden face the size of one bean. looking at the whole like this tends to take your focus away from looking for the tiny face.Ie macro v micro.

That hint really helped! I found it as soon as I looked in the bottom left corner. I was thinking that the image would appear as my eyes focused or something.
