I was just talking with capriccio on Facebook about how much fun we all had doing the Celebrity Mangapalooza HxH. I would love to see it become a real contest.
Essentially, it is a normal manga contest, only you must use a celebrity, and you also must incorporate at least one other worth1000 fx theme as well.
Ugly nature.
All nature is unconditionally beautiful , right? Wrong!! It's ugly, butt ugly
and you job is to show us just how ugly. Take any animal and fuglify it.
Might be fun :o)

U.F.O's! You would have to take an image and try to add a ufo. You could show the conspiracy theorists just how easy it is to make a uo picture.
Celebrity voodoo dolls. Turn your favorite/least favorite celeb into a voodoo doll and treat accordingly.
Celebrity Neanderthals. Take any celeb and change their physiognomy to turn them into cave people.
Celebrity zodiac. Match any celeb with his/her sign.
Home-made gadgets/tech. Don't spend thousands of dollars trying to keep up with technology. Save some money and make your own. (May be similar to existing contests, I just couldn't find a match).
Celebrities that look like their pets - imagine what sort of pet a celebrity has and the uncanny resemblance the celebrity has to that pet.

I dont know if these have been done but how about?
1) Foutain of youth - Turning celebs into children/babies?
2) Comic strips brought to life (like the Farside contest but broader)
3) Paparazzi - Showing celebs doing rather strange things (no porn people) haha
