The supposed Swine Flu vaccine not only didn't clear Barry of the disease, but it had some unexpected consequences...
A used a mixture of both female and male parts to combine the shemale.
The nose and the mouth are taken from two separate females. While the eye and eyebrow on the right, and facial hair were taken other males.
