He's Oscar Arias, Costa Rican president and Nobel Peace Prize, I don't know how popular he is, but I'm from Costa Rica, so this is funny to me! :) Didn't mean to be disrespectful, since he's the best president we've ever had! For those who haven't seen him... the original picture is at http://www.sigloxxi.com/images/noticias/200605081435-1-arias2.jpg , to be honest there's not much to retouch... as a matter of fact my first entry was an ear and nose reduction... but then he looked normal... Any resemblance with Mr. Bean is pure coincidence!!
