Removing the retouching from airbrushed celebs

This is my first entry, I'm happy with it although I fell i should have spent more time on it. She has ended up looking a bit like Burt Renolds in drag.
I normally retouch photos, so this was a challenge. Any hints and comments welcome!

i tried to really only show what the photoshop makeover might have taken away, not age her or so.
